SecuShot app for iPhone and iPad

With the SecuShot Receiver application it is possible to receive and automatically decode SecuShots from the workstations of employees. SecuShots are screenshots of the content displayed at the employees‘ workstations, released at irregular intervals. This way, information about the work progress at the computers can be collected fast and easy, and a better integrity of the work processes can be achieved.

By using this app, even home offices can be perfectly integrated into the office workflow. SecuShots can also be triggered manually, allowing a better estimation of when a task will be completed, without disturbing the employees‘ focus by e-mails or phone calls.

In addition to the screenshots, short notifications called „Shot messages“ are transmitted to the receiver. These provide information about the start or shutdown of the software, and other system activities.

This application can transfer SecuShots through the following channels: Gmail and Dropbox (free of charge), or through the De-Sync service of RA-MICRO GmbH & Co. KGaA (fees apply). The De-Sync service distinguishes itself by the fact that the data is cached only on servers in Germany, hence it falls under the German privacy law.

Please note, that using the SecuShot receiver application requires the installation of the SecuShot PC software on the employee‘s workstation, and the confirmation of the employee to start the program.
